RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Mireya Formulas, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with an eligible purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.
1. RETURN PERIOD
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
Products should include their original packaging, labels, seals, accessories, and any materials supplied with the order.
A valid order number or other proof of purchase may be required.
2. STARTING A RETURN
Please contact Mireya Formulas before sending any product back.
When requesting a return, please provide:
Your name
Your order number
The product you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos of the product when reporting damage, defects, or an incorrect item
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when a return is based on personal preference, change of mind, or another reason not caused by Mireya Formulas.
If we sent an incorrect product or the product arrived damaged or defective, we will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking information for all returns.
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your package shortly after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or contains an incorrect product, contact us promptly.
We may request photographs of:
The product
The packaging
The shipping label
The damaged or defective area
After reviewing the information provided, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
5. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity considerations, certain products may not qualify for return after being opened or used.
Non-returnable items may include:
Opened beauty or cosmetic products
Used skincare or personal care products
Products with broken hygiene seals
Gift cards
Final sale products
Items specifically identified as non-returnable before purchase
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or improper storage
Please contact us before returning an item if you are unsure whether it qualifies.
6. REFUND PROCESS
After your return is received, we will inspect the product and determine whether the refund request is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for an approved refund to be processed.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
7. EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an eligible product, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
In some cases, the quickest option may be to return the eligible product and place a new order separately.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped.
If the order has already shipped, you may request an eligible return after delivery.
9. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, applicable shipping or return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
10. REFUND PAYMENT METHOD
Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method used when placing the order.
We are unable to guarantee refunds to a different credit card, bank account, or payment method.
